feedback<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Net Promoter Score was introduced to shed light on the areas of a business that aren\u2019t working properly, and to help companies take action in a data-driven manner.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So on the one hand, the goal of <a href=\"https:\/\/refiner.io\/blog\/nps-questions\/\">NPS questions<\/a> is to measure customer satisfaction, and on the other hand,
