Introduction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our official WordPress Plugin<\/a> provides a simple way to install Refiner on your WordPress site. Installing our WordPress plugin will add our JavaScript SDK<\/a> to your website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Install the plugin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To launch website popup surveys<\/a> on your WordPress site, follow the steps below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to the “Plugins” section in your WordPress admin dashboard<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on “Add New” and search for the “Refiner” plugin<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Install the plugin and then activate it<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Locate your Refiner Project ID in your Refiner dashboard under “Settings > Installation” <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Navigate to the Refiner settings page in your WordPress admin dashboard under “Settings > Refiner”<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Copy and paste the Refiner Project ID to the plugin settings page in WordPress<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Choose whether or not you want to identify logged-in users (more info below)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Click “Save Changes” on the plugin settings page<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    That’s it! Refiner is now installed on your WordPress site and you can start running surveys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Identify logged-in users<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If you have a WordPress website with a member space (forum, community, membership site, etc.) you can choose to push user information to Refiner (User Id, Name & Email). Identifying users<\/a> allows you to match survey responses with your user profiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
