Email Notifications make it easy to keep your team in the loop and act on survey responses in a timely manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can receive email notifications whenever new survey data becomes available, or when a user enters a specific segment in Refiner.<\/p>\n\n\n

Create notification trigger<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To set up email notifications, navigate to Notifications<\/strong> in your Refiner dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click Create trigger<\/strong>, select Email Message<\/strong>, and then click Create trigger<\/strong> again.<\/p>\n\n\n

On the next page, you\u2019ll see a form with the settings for your new trigger. Since you can create multiple Email Notification triggers, we recommend giving each trigger a distinct name, for example New Promoters<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
