You can use Refiner to survey users while they are using your product (web & mobile), by sending them email surveys, or with a personalized survey page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are big advocates of \u201cin-product microsurveys<\/a>\u201d as they provide exceptional response rates<\/a> and are highly contextual.
