Refiner has three main parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Questions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The questions and content shown to your users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can combine different question types (<a href=\"https:\/\/refiner.io\/docs\/kb\/question-types\/net-promoter-score-nps\/\">NPS<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/refiner.io\/docs\/kb\/question-types\/customer-satisfaction-csat\/\">CSAT<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/refiner.io\/docs\/kb\/question-types\/single-and-multiple-choice-question\/\">Multiple Choice<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/refiner.io\/docs\/kb\/question-types\/open-text-question\/\">Open Text<\/a>, etc.), add follow-up questions, create <a href=\"https:\/\/refiner.io\/docs\/kb\/question-types\/logic-jump\/\">branching logic<\/a>, and include <a href=\"https:\/\/refiner.io\/docs\/kb\/question-types\/message-panel\/\">message panels<\/a> of your survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on the Delivery Method, you can customize elements such as <a href=\"https:\/\/refiner.io\/docs\/kb\/design\/branding\/\">colors<\/a>, typography, <a href=\"https:\/\/refiner.io\/docs\/kb\/design\/layout\/\">layout<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/refiner.io\/docs\/kb\/design\/navigation\/\">navigation<\/a>, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery settings<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The settings that determine how the survey reaches your users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These depend on the Delivery Method selected when creating the survey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refiner supports:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Web App Surveys<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mobile App Surveys<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Survey Pages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Email Surveys<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Embed Surveys<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each Delivery Method has its own dedicated configuration and documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Creating a survey<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Creating a new survey starts with two choices:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Delivery Method<\/strong> \u2013 Decide where and how the survey should reach your users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Template<\/strong> \u2013 Start with one of our ready-to-use templates or build the survey from scratch.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>After that, the survey opens in the Survey Editor where you can configure its questions, appearance, and delivery settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Learn more about <a through a simple lifecycle:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Create \u2192 Edit \u2192 Test \u2192 Publish \u2192 Manage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>New surveys start in <strong>Draft<\/strong> mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Draft surveys can be edited and tested without collecting responses from your audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once a survey is ready, you can publish it and start collecting responses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Published surveys can later be unpublished, edited, duplicated, or otherwise managed from the Surveys page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Learn more about <a gives you an overview of all surveys in your Refiner account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From there, you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open surveys for editing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check their current status<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find existing surveys<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Duplicate surveys<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rename surveys<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform other survey management actions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Duplicating a survey is particularly useful when you want to reuse an existing questionnaire, create a variation for another audience, or use the same questionnaire Editor contains the questions and settings that are common to surveys, but the way a survey is delivered depends on its Delivery Method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>In-App Surveys<\/strong> use Target Audiences and Launch Triggers to determine who should see a survey and when.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Survey Pages<\/strong> provide a hosted survey link that you can share with your audience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Email Surveys<\/strong> provide the code needed to include the first survey question in an
