Create a new survey<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Creating surveys with Refiner is quick and straightforward. Most surveys take just a few minutes to set up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To get started, head over to the Surveys page within your Refiner dashboard. From there, simply click the \u201cCreate survey\u201d button located in the top right corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This will launch the survey builder, where you can customize your questions, choose your delivery method, and design your survey to perfectly fit your needs.<\/p>\n\n\n

Choose delivery method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As a first step you’ll choose where you want to survey your users.<\/p>\n\n\n

We are big advocates of in-app surveys<\/a> as they provide exceptional response rates<\/a> and are highly contextual. However, there are also situations where you might want to deliver your surveys on other channels. You can find a detailed description of each survey delivery method here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A survey in Refiner can have only one delivery method. If you want to launch the same survey for different channels (e.g. Mobile and Web-App), you can simply duplicate the surveys<\/a> and then change the survey type<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Start with a template<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Next, you can choose one of our curated expert-built survey templates. You’ll find a template for the most common microsurvey use cases. These templates are crafted to guarantee high completion rates and deliver reliable insights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By selecting a template, you can create a fully functional survey in just a few clicks. After choosing your template, you have full control to customize every detail to perfectly fit your needs\u2014or you can start completely from scratch if you prefer.<\/p>\n\n\n

Clicking on a template will open a preview on the right side of the screen, letting you explore the questions and get a clear understanding of the survey flow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customize your survey<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Now that you\u2019ve selected a template and delivery method, you can start customizing questions<\/a>, as well as all the design of your survey<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Publish surveys<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once you’ve created your ideal survey flow, it’s time to save and publish your survey<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can choose to save the survey as a “Draft” if you want to make further changes later on, or publish it right away. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also switch surveys back to Draft mode at any given moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Change survey type<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When creating a survey in Refiner, you have the possibility to choose between different survey delivery methods<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A survey in Refiner can have only one delivery method. If you want to launch the same survey for different channels (e.g. Mobile and Web-App), you can simply duplicate the surveys (see above) and then change the survey type.<\/p>\n\n\n

In the top section of the survey editor, clicking on “Change survey type” will open a modal where you can choose the delivery method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
