Data stored on user profiles, such as contact traits, cannot be visualized in dashboards. You can however use contact traits to <a href=\"https:\/\/refiner.io\/docs\/kb\/reporting\/date-range-filter\/\">filter<\/a> and narrow down the visualized data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can dashboards be shared with my team?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes. All dashboards saved in your account are automatically visible to all team members who have access to the same Refiner environment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Can dashboards be shared with people outside my Refiner account?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes. Dashboards can be <a href=\"https:\/\/refiner.io\/docs\/kb\/reporting\/share-embed-dashboards\/\">shared<\/a> with people who do not have access to your Refiner account. You can also embed dashboards on a website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is the difference between an ad-hoc dashboard and a custom dashboard?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>An <a href=\"https:\/\/refiner.io\/docs\/kb\/reporting\/ad-hoc-dashboards\/\">ad-hoc dashboard<\/a> is a one-click dashboard created for a specific survey.
