Then, invite team members by clicking on the button in the top right of the page.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"740\" height=\"406\" src=\"https:\/\/refiner.io\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Screenshot-2023-09-06-at-08.53.11.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25225\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>When inviting a new team member, you&#8217;ll be asked for their name, email address and their user role (see below). Once you&#8217;ve entered their contact details, they&#8217;ll receive an email with a link that allows them to join your team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><meta charset=\"utf-8\">By default, accounts are limited to 100 team members but we&#8217;ll be happy to increase this number for you. Please contact our team if you want to invite more than 100 team members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>Please note that user profiles in Refiner can only be part of one team account. If you get a message that an email is already taken, it means that they&#8217;ve already created an account or joined another team at Refiner. In this case, the email address first needs to be freed up by deleting the other account before you can invite them to your team. You can also contact our support team and we can move them over to your team account.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"roles\">User Roles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><meta charset=\"utf-8\"><\/meta>Each team member in your Refiner account has a user role attached to their profile. The roles currently available at Refiner are <em>Admin<\/em>, <em>Manager, Contributor<\/em>, <em>Analyst<\/em> and Finance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each role grants access to certain product features. A detailed comparison of the capabilities of each role is listed in the table below. We welcome any feedback you might have on how we can further improve the access levels of the roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"change-role\">Change user role<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Admins can change a user\u2019s role directly from the user list in Refiner by using the \u201cUser Role\u201d dropdown in each row. Selecting a new role updates the user\u2019s permissions immediately, according to the permissions table above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"environments\">Restrict Environment access<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our authorization system allows you to restrict user access to selected <a href=\"https:\/\/refiner.io\/docs\/kb\/account-settings\/environments\/\">environments<\/a>. For each user you can choose between &#8220;All environments&#8221; (default) or choosing individual environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Users with Admin role have automatically access to all environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selective access control is especially helpful if you host multiple teams of your organization under one Refiner account.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"745\" height=\"378\" src=\"https:\/\/refiner.io\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/Screenshot-2023-09-06-at-08.45.31-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-25224\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Single Sign-On (SAML SSO)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As an alternative to our built-in authorization system, it&#8217;s also possible to active SAML SSO authorization for your account. As setting up SAML SSO required manual work on our side, a one-time setup fee is required.
