You can access this option by clicking on &#8220;Show advanced options&#8221; in the survey question editor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When using a five-point scale, you&#8217;ll get  a higher granularity for each individual response. The three-point scale has the advantage that it provides less visual complexity. The two- and four-points scale do not have a neutral response option. Storing values in this way allows an easy calculation of the CSAT score. I<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-regular\"><table><tbody><tr><td>-2<\/td><td>Very negativ &#8211; Only available for five-point scale<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>-1<\/td><td>Negativ<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>0<\/td><td>Neutral<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>1<\/td><td>Positive<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>2<\/td><td>Very positive &#8211; Only available for five-point scale<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are looking to capture ratings consisting of only positive numbers (e.g. 1-5, 1-7, ..), we recommend using our generic <a href=\"https:\/\/refiner.io\/docs\/kb\/question-types\/star-numeric-ratings\/\">Star &amp; Numeric Rating<\/a> question type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Multicolor CSAT scale<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>CSAT questions can have a plain or multicolor scale. We recommend to use standard colors such as red, orange and green, to provide clear guidance to respondents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Emoji or Text Buttons<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>By default, CSAT questions use Emojis to visualize the satisfaction level. You can also add CSAT Timeline Charts to any of your&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/refiner.io\/docs\/kb\/reporting\/custom-dashboards\/\">custom dashboards<\/a>.
