Each plan comes with its own set of product features. Our free trial is designed to let you experience the full value of Refiner and confirm technical fit. You get access to all survey features and integrations. Our pricing scales with the size of your active user base. When your trial ends\u2014or if you cancel a paid subscription\u2014your account automatically moves to our <strong>free plan<\/strong>. No action required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The free plan includes all <strong>Essentials plan features<\/strong>, with one limitation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Survey responses are capped at 25 per month.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This allows you to keep running surveys and collecting feedback, even without a paid subscription.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"exceed\">What happens if I exceed my MAU limit?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you go over your plan\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/refiner.io\/docs\/kb\/billing\/monthly-active-users-mau\/\">MAU<\/a> limit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your account will continue to function normally<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019ll receive automated email alerts at <strong>90%<\/strong> and <strong>100%<\/strong> of your MAU limit. These emails include a link to quickly upgrade your plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If overages persist for several weeks and we don&#8217;t hear back from you, we will stop ingesting new user data, which may cause some features to stop working as expected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note: We <strong>never automatically upgrade your plan or charge overage fees<\/strong>. When cancelling mid-cycle, your subscription and your account stay active until the end of the billing cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>Account &gt; Subscription<\/strong> in your Refiner dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Locate &#8220;Cancel&#8221; next to the plan name in the top section of the page<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What payment methods are accepted?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We support both <strong>monthly<\/strong> and <strong>annual<\/strong> billing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payments are processed automatically using the credit card provided at checkout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Growth and Enterprise annual plans can also be paid via <strong>invoice and bank transfer<\/strong> upon request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We accept payments in US Dollars, Euros and British Pounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"unlimited-responses\">How many survey responses can I collect?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All paid plans include <strong>unlimited survey responses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This means you can gather as much valuable feedback as you need without worrying about hitting limits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fair Usage Policy:<\/strong> While survey responses are unlimited, we reserve the right to restrict accounts in cases of clear misuse or abuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"pageviews\">Do you count pageviews?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you install Refiner\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/refiner.io\/docs\/kb\/javascript-client\/client-introduction\/\">JavaScript SDK<\/a> on a <strong>public website<\/strong> to survey anonymous visitors, we also track <strong>Pageviews<\/strong>.<br><br>In most cases, Pageviews are not a limiting factor in our pricing. Pageview tracking acts as a protective measure to prevent excessive server load from high-traffic websites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s how it works:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each plan includes a generous Pageview allowance: <strong>20x your MAU limit<\/strong>.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Example: A 5,000 MAU plan includes 100,000 Pageviews per month.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A 10,000 MAU plan includes 200,000 Pageviews per month.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you expect to exceed this limit, just contact our support team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Important notes about Pageviews:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>They are only counted when using <strong>web surveys<\/strong> on a public website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>In-app surveys, email surveys, and survey links<\/strong> do <em>not<\/em> count toward Pageviews.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pageviews are recorded on all pages where the web client is installed \u2014 even if no survey is running.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To reduce Pageviews, install the JavaScript SDK only on specific pages where surveys are needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This tracking helps ensure stable performance and prevents server overload from very high-traffic sites.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Introduction Refiner\u2019s pricing is based on two main factors: We offer three different paid subscription plans (see below).
