When cancelling mid-cycle, your subscription and your account stay active until the end of the billing cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When you cancel your subscription, be sure to also remove our JavaScript SDK<\/a> and Mobile SDK<\/a> from your applications. Otherwise, your apps will continue to transmit data to your Refiner account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Additionally, remember to export all user and survey response data from your account, following the instructions outlined below.<\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n When you cancel your subscription, your account will stop ingesting new data, and you\u2019ll see a red banner indicating that it exceeds the limits of the free plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Your existing data remains unchanged for at least 180 calendar days. During that time, you can download all survey responses<\/a> and user profiles as spreadsheet files or via our API.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Once you\u2019ve completed your export, you can either purge your environment<\/a> or delete user data manually.
