When users interact with the embedded survey prompt, Refiner tracks engagement and presents the survey in a hosted page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The advantages of using Vero for survey delivery include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use Vero\u2019s existing messaging templates and segmentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Surveys feel native to your messaging workflows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Users are identified through Vero personalization fields when interacting with surveys.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Get your survey embed code<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the Refiner survey builder, go to the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/refiner.io\/docs\/kb\/email\/email-survey-embed-code\/\">Embed Code<\/a>\u201d tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose Vero from the list of supported providers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy the generated HTML code snippet. This snippet includes the necessary personalization tags to ensure the user is correctly identified when they engage with the survey.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Embed survey in Vero campaign<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In your Vero dashboard, create or open an email or message campaign where you want to include a survey.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose &#8220;HTML&#8221; when adding content to your campaign as explained <a href=\"https:\/\/help.getvero.com\/vero-1\/articles\/using-html-templates-in-vero\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paste the Refiner survey HTML embed code at the position you want the survey to appear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Switch back to the standard editor and preview your message to verify the survey displays as expected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Save and publish your campaign.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sync survey data to Vero<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Overview<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Vero integration allows you to send survey interaction events and survey response data from Refiner into your Vero account. This enables use cases such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Triggering Vero campaigns based on survey interactions (e.g., \u201csurvey completed\u201d).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using survey responses to segment audiences for tailored messaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Updating Vero user profiles with traits derived from survey answers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Setup integration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the <strong>Integrations<\/strong> section of your Refiner project, click <strong>\u201cConnect Vero\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the required Vero credentials:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>API Key<\/strong> (from your Vero project settings).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Map the Refiner user identifier to the Vero user identifier you use, as well the email address.
