Slack Digests deliver recurring survey reports directly to the Slack channels where your team is already working.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can schedule digests to be posted daily, weekly, or monthly and choose exactly which information should be included. Digests can contain survey view and response counts, NPS, CSAT, rating averages, tag counts, and breakdowns for individual surveys and tags.<\/p>\n\n\n

Create a new Slack Digest<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
To set up a Slack Digest, navigate to Alerts & Digests > Scheduled Digests<\/strong> in your Refiner environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Click Create digest<\/strong>, choose Slack Message<\/strong>, and click Create digest<\/strong> to continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On the next page, configure your new digest. Since you can create multiple Slack Digests, we recommend giving each one a clear name, such as \u201cWeekly Product Feedback\u201d or \u201cMonthly NPS Report\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Set frequency and timezone<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Slack Digests can be sent daily, weekly, or monthly at midnight in your chosen timezone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Daily<\/strong> digests include data from the previous day, spanning midnight to midnight.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Weekly<\/strong> digests include data from the previous seven days. You can choose which day of the week the digest should be sent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Monthly<\/strong> digests are sent on the last day of the month and include data from the entire calendar month.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Choose surveys<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Choose which surveys should be included in your digest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
By default, data from all surveys is included. You can also select specific surveys to create separate digests for particular teams, products, or feedback programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The surveys you select determine which survey data is used to calculate the metrics in your digest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Survey views and responses<\/strong> \u2013 See how many times surveys were viewed and how many responses were collected, both in total and per survey.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
NPS, CSAT, and rating averages<\/strong> \u2013 Include core survey metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and rating averages, both as overall totals and per survey.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Tag counts<\/strong> \u2013 Include the total number of applied tags and tagged responses, as well as counts for individual tags.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
You can include all three data types or only the ones relevant to your digest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All metrics are calculated for the reporting period and surveys configured for the digest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Connect your Slack account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Click Connect Slack Account<\/strong> to connect Refiner with your Slack workspace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You\u2019ll be redirected to Slack, where you need to grant the required permissions to the Refiner application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Select a Slack channel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Choose the Slack channel where the digest should be posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Make sure the Refiner Slack app has access to the selected channel so that scheduled messages can be delivered successfully.<\/p>\n\n\n

Send a test and save<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Before saving your digest, click Send test<\/strong> to verify that the message appears correctly in the selected Slack channel and contains the metrics you expect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
