You can choose which day of the week the digest should be sent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Monthly<\/strong> digests are sent on the last day of the month and include data from the entire calendar month.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Choose surveys<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Choose which surveys should be included in your digest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By default, data from all surveys is included. You can also select individual surveys if you want to create a digest focused on a particular product, team, or feedback program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The surveys you select determine which survey data is used to calculate the metrics in your digest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Choose metrics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Choose which data you want to include in your digest.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"339\" src=\"https:\/\/refiner.io\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Screenshot-2026-09-07-at-16.49.42-1-1024x339.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-29069\" srcset=\"https:\/\/refiner.io\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Screenshot-2026-09-07-at-16.49.42-1-1024x339.png 1024w, https:\/\/refiner.io\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Screenshot-2026-09-07-at-16.49.42-1-800x265.png 800w, https:\/\/refiner.io\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Screenshot-2026-09-07-at-16.49.42-1-768x254.png 768w, https:\/\/refiner.io\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Screenshot-2026-09-07-at-16.49.42-1-1536x508.png 1536w, https:\/\/refiner.io\/docs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Screenshot-2026-09-07-at-16.49.42-1.png 1814w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>You can include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Survey views and responses<\/strong> \u2013 See how many times surveys were viewed and how many responses were collected, both in total and per survey.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>NPS, CSAT, and rating averages<\/strong> \u2013 Include core survey metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and rating averages, both as overall totals and per survey.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tag counts<\/strong> \u2013 Include the total number of applied tags and tagged responses, as well as counts for individual tags.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can include all three data types or only the ones relevant to your digest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All metrics are calculated for the reporting period and surveys configured for the digest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Configure the Webhook URL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To receive digests in Microsoft Teams, provide the Webhook URL for the Teams channel where you want the messages to be posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Copy the Webhook URL from Microsoft Teams and paste it into the corresponding field in your Refiner Digest configuration. Refiner uses this URL to deliver the scheduled messages to your channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Send a test and save<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before saving your digest, click <strong>Send test<\/strong> to verify that the message appears correctly in your Teams channel and contains the metrics you expect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once confirmed, save your Teams Digest.
