This lets your team receive automated snapshots of key survey metrics and trends without needing to open the Refiner dashboard. Teams digests are ideal for keeping stakeholders and collaborators aligned on feedback performance in the tools you already use most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Create a New Teams Digest<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To set up a Teams digest, go to the \u201cAlerts &amp; Digests &gt; Scheduled Digests\u201d section of your Refiner dashboard. Click \u201cCreate digest\u201d, choose \u201cMicrosoft Teams Message\u201d, and then click \u201cCreate digest\u201d to begin configuring your new digest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the setup page, give your digest a clear name, for example \u201cWeekly Feedback Summary\u201d so you can quickly identify its purpose and audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Set Frequency and Timezone<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Like other scheduled digests, Teams digests can be sent at regular intervals:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Daily<\/strong> digests include survey data from the current day (midnight to midnight).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Weekly<\/strong> digests summarize data from the past seven days and let you choose a specific weekday to deliver the message.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Monthly<\/strong> digests are delivered on the last day of the month and cover the full month\u2019s feedback.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Select the timezone that should govern the schedule to ensure digest timing aligns with your team\u2019s workflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Choose Surveys<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>By default, core metrics from all surveys in your workspace are included in the digest. If necessary, you can refine this selection to include only specific surveys that matter most to the audience of the digest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Configure Webhook URL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To receive digests in Microsoft Teams, you must provide a Webhook URL generated from a Teams channel. In your Microsoft Teams account, navigate to the channel where you want digest messages posted, open Connectors, and add or configure an Incoming Webhook. Copy the unique webhook URL supplied by Teams and paste it into the webhook field in the Refiner digest configuration. This webhook URL is what Refiner uses to post scheduled messages into your selected Teams channel.<br>Refiner.io<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Send a Test and Save<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Before saving the digest, click \u201cSend test\u201d to verify that the message appears as expected in the chosen Teams channel. Once confirmed, save your digest settings.
