Your team can include that feedback in its Chattermill analysis without manually exporting responses from Refiner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The integration sends data from Refiner to Chattermill. Feedback collection and survey management remain in Refiner, while Chattermill provides the analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Set up the integration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In your Refiner environment, open Integrations and select Chattermill.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy your API Key from the Settings page in Chattermill and paste it into Refiner. See <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.chattermill.com\/en\/articles\/9556971-chattermill-api\">Chattermill\u2019s instructions for getting an API key<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the Project Key, Data Type, and Data Source for the destination dataset in Chattermill. Refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/apidocs.chattermill.com\/\">Chattermill API documentation<\/a> for these values, or ask your Chattermill team if you are unsure which dataset to use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose whether to sync responses from all surveys or selected surveys.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Save Settings.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Complete one of the selected surveys and check that its response appears in the intended Chattermill dataset.
