Send surveys by email

With the release of your new survey pages also comes the possibility to send your surveys by email. The way we approach email surveys is that we don’t actually send emails on your behalf, but we will let you use your existing email marketing solution instead. All Refiner does is to provide you a HTML code snippet of your survey which you can copy & paste to an existing email template. Unlike using a simple link pointing to a survey, clicking on an option of your embedded email survey will automatically prefill your survey page. In other words, you are collecting data right from the first click of the user.
