In the past, our Time Delay trigger always used the moment when a user entered your Target Audience as a reference time. You can now choose between the following options:
- First time we saw a user
- The moment a enters your Target Audience
- The moment a user starts a new session in your app
Especially the last option was highly requested and we think it’s a really powerful option. It’s now easier than ever to grant your users some time to settle in before prompting them with a survey.
