Our follow-up mode allows you to drastically increase survey response rate and is one of our most used product features. We just added the option to stop a follow-up sequence when a user responded to at least one question of the survey. So far, we only supported “completed survey” or “dismissed survey” as a follow-up goal.
This new option is particularly helpful when you are running a survey with multiple questions and you are getting value out of partial survey responses.
