It’s now possible to use a multicolored rating scale in hour CSAT surveys. When enabled, you’ll be able to choose the color for the negative, neutral and positive rating icon.
You’ll find the option to toggle between monochrome and multicolored rating scale in the Advanced Settings of your CSAT question.
