Publish more surveys on Growth Plan

This is less of a product update, but rather a small improvement to our pricing model. We increased the number of active surveys that are included in the Growth plan. Previously, you could publish up to 24 surveys simultaneously. We’ve increased this number to 40 surveys. This change is applied automatically to all customer on a Growth plan without any additional charges.
