Scheduled Digests can now include more than just survey views and response counts.
With the new Choose Metrics option, you can add NPS, CSAT, rating averages, and tag counts to your Email, Slack, and Microsoft Teams Digests. Metrics can be shown as overall totals and, where applicable, broken down by survey or individual tag.
This makes Digests a more complete recurring summary of your latest survey results and feedback trends.
