We’re introducing Tag Discovery, a new AI-powered feature that helps you uncover emerging topics and patterns in your survey feedback.
Refiner AI analyzes your latest survey responses together with the surveys you’ve created and suggests new Tags that might be worth tracking. This can help surface recurring product issues, feature requests, customer concerns, and other themes you weren’t actively looking for.
You can review the suggested Tags under Tags > Discover Tags, accept the ones that are relevant, or dismiss those you don’t need. Once accepted, a Tag becomes part of your regular Tag library and can automatically be applied to matching incoming responses.
Tag Discovery runs automatically on a regular basis as new feedback comes in, and you can also trigger a new discovery manually at any time.
Combined with Auto Tagging, you can now use Refiner AI both to track the topics you already know about and discover entirely new ones.
