It is now possible to tag survey responses automatically, the moment they are created. Previously, response tags could only be added manually through the Refiner dashboard.
Adding tags automatically can be done by calling the new tagResponse method of our Javascript Web-Client, or by using URL parameters for Survey Pages.
This new option opens up multiple interesting use cases. For example, you can use URL parameters to automatically tag survey responses for a specific support agent on your team, or add information about a specific campaign you are currently running, etc.
