When using our Embed Surveys, a new survey view is tracked in your Refiner account automatically. While this behaviour makes sense for most use cases, you might run into a situation where this behaviour creates too many Monthly Active Users and would force you to upgrade your subscription.
Starting from today, it is possible to deactivate tracking of survey views. If deactivated, a survey view is tracked only if users actually interact with a survey.
