Providing a great on-brand survey experience to the users of our customers is not just a nice-to-have for us. In fact, beautifully designed survey widgets is a crucial part of what defines Refiner. Today, we are happy to release a design improvement to our NPS questions that was long overdue. You can now switch NPS questions from a monochrom to a multicolored rating scale.
You’ll find the option to toggle between monochrome and multicolored rating scale in the Advanced Settings of your NPS question. When activated, rating scales will be divided into three colored regions grouping the ratings of Detractors, Passives and Promoters. Obviously, you can set the color tones yourself so that they match your branding.
