In the past, our integration with Customer.io allowed you to add survey responses to a customer profile in Customer.io as traits, and track “Completed Survey” events. Starting from today, the integration also supports tracking of “Saw Survey” and “Dismissed Survey” events. Adding those two additional events opens up new use-cases, such as sending an email survey with Customer.io after a user dismissed an in-app survey.
