We’ve added the possibility to tag survey responses a couple of weeks ago. Until now, tagging survey responses allowed you to better analyse your response data and create lists of specific survey responses. With today’s release, we are adding a whole use-case to survey response tagging.
It is now possible to trigger email and Slack alerts for your team alerts whenever you add a certain Tag to a survey response.
Want someone on your team to follow up with an unhappy client? Or maybe you want to share survey responses that contain unique insights with the entire team? Tag a survey response and your teammates automatically receive an alert in Slack or by email. Simple as that.
