A common theme of the last months was to make survey data more visible and easier to access. After launching our new survey data analysis dashboard and a project overview page, we are adding another layer of data visibility with our new User Details Panel.
You can now see all information we have for a given user by clicking on their name. The new detail panel can be launched from the survey response list, the project overview page, as well as the user segments list.
Next to all survey interactions, the User Details Panel includes a list of all user traits (on a contact and account level) and information about the segments they are a member of.
