You can now choose which data fields you want to include in your Slack notifications or Email alerts. We are really happy to see this improvement online, as it was requested many times and highly anticipated by our customers.
Until now, Slack and Email Notifications included either the response data from a user’s last survey submission, or the entire data set we had on record for a user. This was depended on the trigger event (Completed Survey or Entered Segment) you chose for the alert.
With this new improvement, you can select the data fields that are interesting to you. These can be survey responses or user data which you previously imported to Refiner.
