Until now, our Customer.io data integration was sending “Survey seen”, “Survey dismissed” and “Survey completed” events, as well as an “Identify” call whenever new survey responses were available. With our newest release, survey response data is also included in the “Survey completed” event. Furthermore, the “Identify” call is now optional. You can choose to not send an “Identify” call to Customer.io and pull response data from the “Survey completed” event instead.
