After months of work behind the scene, we are thrilled to announce that Refiner can finally storelong form Open Text survey responses.
In the past, survey responses where capped at 255 characters, which was too limiting for many use case. We are thrilled to remove this limitation and allow free text responses with up to 10.000 characters.
To allow your users to provide long response texts, go to the survey editor and open any of your Open Text and set the maximum length to a value that makes sense for your specific use case. When a survey question is set to “Mandatory”, you’ll also be able to define a minimum length.
