Survey response reporting has always been a key part of the Refiner experience, thanks to our comprehensive Reporting Dashboards. We’re excited to announce that this valuable data is now also available through our REST API.
With the new /reporting endpoint, you can programmatically access aggregated metrics such as NPS ratings, CSAT scores, average ratings, response distributions, and total counts. This update makes it easier than ever to integrate Refiner data into your internal tools, reports, or workflows.
