Slack and Teams Digest

We’ve added Slack Digests and Microsoft Teams Digests to make it even easier to share survey core metrics where your team already works. You can now schedule automated Refiner digests to be posted directly to a Slack channel or a Microsoft Teams channel, keeping key feedback metrics and trends visible without leaving your collaboration tools. Slack digests are delivered via our Slack app, while Teams digests use a simple webhook setup. With these new options, keeping an eye on your survey core metrics is easier and more accessible for the entire team.
