You can now display a distribution pie chart on the right side of your NPS, CSAT, and Rating Average charts.
The new view provides an immediate visual breakdown of how responses are distributed across scores or response groups.
In the chart settings, choose whether the right side displays:
- Timeline – See how the score or average changes over time.
- Distribution – See the current response distribution as a pie chart.
This option is available for NPS, CSAT, and Rating Average charts on custom dashboards.
