Refiner provides different Trigger Event options to launch an in-app or website survey at a specific moment in a user’s journey. One of them is our “Manual Trigger” which allows you to launch a survey programmatically by executing to Javascript command. A new option for the Manual Trigger allows you to define whether or not a survey should be shown to a user only once, or every time the Javascript command is executed.
