You can now exclude users from a survey’s Target Audience based on their interactions with other surveys – no need to create a custom user segment first!
This new targeting option makes it much easier to prevent users from seeing the same campaign more than once across different channels.
For example, if you’re running an NPS campaign in both your mobile app and web app, you can now ensure that users who already responded on one platform won’t see the survey again on the other.
Simply choose to exclude users who viewed or submitted a specific survey – directly in the Target Audience settings.
This new option is available for web-app and mobile app surveys.
