We’ve improved the readability and shortened the length of the URLs of our Survey Links. In the past, they were quite lengthy and cryptic. The new URLs of Survey Links follow the following pattern: https://survey.refiner.io/something-something
Previously generated URLs will continue to work. You do not need to update URLs of existing surveys.
We’ll also be able to offer fully white-label URLs to customers on an Enterprise plan from now on.
