We’re excited to introduce a new recurrence mode for your in-product surveys: Once per session.
This new option gives you more control over how often surveys appear during a user’s session. When enabled, a survey will be shown at most one time per session, even if the Trigger Event fires multiple times. This helps you gather timely feedback while keeping the survey experience lightweight and unobtrusive.
“Once per session” is available for Page Visit (or Screen Visit on mobile), Manual Triggers, and Tracked Events when their timeframe is set to “Since session start.”
