Our newest release adds more control options to our Email, Slack and Teams notifications. Besides choosing a trigger event for your notification (Completed survey, User enters segment & Response tagged), you can now define additional conditions for when a notification should be sent.
Conditions consist of a user trait to look at, an operator and a comparison value. When you add multiple conditions, you can choose if all or at least one condition needs to match.
