During the last couple of weeks, we’ve added new trigger events to our Webhooks, as well as our Customer.io and Userlist integration. These integrations can now be triggered whenever a user sees or dismisses a survey. In the past, only a “Completed Survey” event was available.
Using a “Saw survey” and “Dismissed Survey” trigger event opens up new use-cases for those integrations. For example, it’s now possible to trigger an action when a user saw an in-app survey, but didn’t complete it.
Today, we are happy to announce that those two trigger events made it to our Segment.com integration. To enable those two new events, head over to the Segment integration panel and activate them in the Trigger Event section.
