On-page Delay is now available for all trigger events

Adding a couple of seconds delay before presenting a survey to user allows them to “settle-in” and can increase response rates. So far, adding this kind of on-page delay was only possible in conjunction with our Page Visit trigger event. The option is now located in our improved Page Rules section and available for all trigger events.
