Launching micro-surveys at the exact right time is crucial for high response rates and accurate responses. This is why we improved our Targeting & Launch Trigger options. You can now launch a survey for all users or specific segments, on certain pages only, after a time delay or ad-hoc.
We also introduced a “Follow up” mode which allows you to launch a survey multiple times in case a user didn’t interact with it.
