We’ve added a new option to our NPS, CSAT and Star-Ratings question types that allows you to make a question optional.
You’ll find the new option in the advanced settings of your question. Setting the new “Mandatory” option to false will show a “Skip” button below the question. As with all buttons, you can set a custom text value for the skip button.
