This question type lets you create all kinds of rating questions. Rating questions are a great choice to measure customer satisfaction, measure the Customer Effort Score (CES), or gauge interest in specific product features.
You can choose the type of scale (4, 5, 7 or 10) and add labels explaining the meaning behind a low- and high-score.
You can also choose between numerical values or icons (Star, Heart, Thumb-up). In any case, responses are stored as numerical values.
