Survey Page Options
Responses per user
You can choose whether a Survey Page accepts only one response or multiple responses from the same user. You’ll find this setting in the survey editor under Advanced Options.
When a Survey Page is limited to one response per user, returning users who have already completed the survey will see a message letting them know that they have already submitted a response.
Returning users are recognized either by their user ID or email address, if you identify them, or through a browser cookie.

Response Updates
You can allow users to update an existing response when they return to a Survey Page after completing the survey. You can also define how long an existing response remains open for updates.
When response updates are disabled, each new submission creates a separate response entry, provided that Multiple Responses is enabled as described above.
You’ll find this setting in the survey editor under Advanced Options.

View Tracking
Enable View Tracking to count how many times users view the Survey Page. This allows you to measure survey exposure and calculate response rates.

Kiosk Mode
When Kiosk Mode is enabled, the Survey Page automatically resets after a response is completed or after a defined period of inactivity.
Kiosk Mode is useful when a survey is displayed on a shared device, such as a tablet at a physical location, where multiple people complete the same survey one after another.

Protect Survey Pages
By default, anyone with access to a Survey Page link can open and respond to the survey.
If you want to restrict access and allow only identified users to respond, you can enable Identity Verification in your environment settings.
When Identity Verification is enabled, users can access the survey only through links containing a valid user ID and matching signature URL parameters. Direct or anonymous access to the Survey Page is no longer possible.
