This integration option lets you push survey responses from Refiner to Zapier in real-time.

- Automatically send an NPS Follow Up Email email to your user from your Gmail account when they gave a Net Promoter Score of 8+
- Enrich CRM records with survey responses collected with Refiner

How to set up this integration
To set up this integration, log in to your Zapier dashboard and click on “Make a Zap”.
Then, search for “Refiner” in the “When this happens …” section of your Zap and select it.
You will then be prompted to copy & paste your Refiner API key. You can find the API key by navigating to “Integrations > Connect Zapier” in your Refiner dashboard.
The integration supports two types of trigger events:
- A user completed a Refiner survey
- A user entered a segment in Refiner
From this moment on, Zapier should guide you through the entire process of setting up the integration.
Enrich user profiles in Refiner
Next to sending survey data to Zapier, you can also send user traits from Zapier to Refiner. This data can then be used to create user segments in Refiner for precise targeting.
To set up this integration, create a new Zap and select your data source in the first step of the Zap editor. Then, select Refiner in the “Do this …” section.
