Rating Scale

This question type provides a flexible rating scale that returns numeric values (1–N).

You can choose the type of scale (4, 5, 7 or 10) and add labels explaining the meaning behind a low- and high-score.

You can also choose between numerical values or icons (Star, Heart, Thumb-up). In any case, responses are stored as numerical values.

Please note: The Star & Number Rating question types are ideal for general rating questions. For specialized surveys like NPS or CSAT, we recommend using their dedicated question types for the best results.

The advanced option of this question type let you upload a banner image for the question, as well as setting it to “not mandatory”.
