Refiner API

Our API gives you access to all survey data that you collected with Refiner. You can access either the latest survey responses, or pull data contacts including all their survey responses merged together.

Furthemore, you can use the API to import additional user traits from your backend system. This is especially useful if you want to attach sensitive user data for segmenting your users.

Consuming our API should be straight forward as we adhere to REST principles and use the JSON format. For authentication, we use API tokens which can be obtained from your Refiner account.
