Footer & Compliance options let you control what appears below your survey content. You can hide Refiner branding for a more seamless, white-labeled experience and add a custom disclaimer text to communicate legal notices, privacy information, consent details, or other important context.

Both options are part of themes. Adding your disclaimer text to a theme is an easy way to show the same legal notice in all your surveys.

Disclaimer Text

The Disclaimer Text feature lets you display a custom message in the footer of your survey. You can use it to share privacy notices, consent information, legal disclaimers, or any other important context respondents should see before submitting their feedback.

Refiner branding

Customers on a paid subscription can hide the Refiner branding from their surveys entirely. Surveys from users on a free plan will show a small link to Refiner in the bottom.
