Spambot Detection

Spambot Detection blocks inbound survey traffic from IP addresses associated with bots, datacenters, or anonymous proxies.

You can activate it in the SDK Security section under Spambot Detection, independently for the JavaScript SDK, Mobile SDK, and Survey Pages.

We recommend enabling it only when you are experiencing a spam attack. Detection can produce false positives, meaning legitimate users may also be blocked. Only activate it if you accept this risk, and disable it again once the attack has ended.
