Until now, our Segment data integration was sending “Survey seen”, “Survey dismissed” and “Survey completed” events, as well as an “Identify” call whenever new survey responses were available. With our newest release, the “identify” call is now optional. You can choose to not send an “Identify” call to Segment and pull response data from the “Survey completed” event instead.
