Our CSV and Excel file export function is now working more reliable and offers a better user experience.
In the past, downloading spreadsheet data from your Refiner account was done in a synchronous manner. Depending on the volume of data, it took sometimes several minutes of waiting until an export started downloading.
Starting today, you’ll see a prompt instead when exporting data, informing you that our servers started assembling your data in the background. You can then choose to wait until the file is ready for download or just close the prompt and continue working. In both cases, you’ll receive an email once your export is available for download.
